Corporate Communication Division

Division Objectives

  • Develop and enhance the image, reputation and branding of UIS, which showcases an outstanding and progressive university identity.

  • trengthen the university's corporate communications management to meet the needs of UIS and stakeholders, and realise the UIS vision.

  • Be an effective official intermediary between the university and external parties.

  • Be a centre for the disseminating of official university information and news.

 

Division Functions

  • Formulate communication, promotion and publicity plans for all UIS activities and corporate affairs to enhance the reputation and consolidate the identity of UIS.

  • Manage UIS public relations affairs - including relations with the media and external agencies/institutions.

  • Monitor, manage and coordinate social media (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) and the UIS website.

  • Plan and manage information material for each official UIS programme and event through publications, annual reports, photos and video recordings for distribution and reference for the public and the media.

  • Enable liaison of the secretariat for official and joint functions with agencies/institutions and UIS corporate functions.

  • Manage customer complaints.
