To outline, plan, execute and manage the secretariat functions of the university’s main activities and implement the best governance to meet stakeholders’ needs.

Division Functions

Among the functions and services of GSD are as follows:

• Secretariat for the UIS Board of Directors Meeting;

• Secretariat for the UIS Board of Management Meeting;

• Governance Management of the Board of Directors aand Management Board of UIS, in collaboration with the Registrar.

• Coordination of the UIS Governance Committee;

• Secretary and Secretariat for the UIS Management Committee Meeting;

• Management of Governance and Company Secretariat Affairs that oversees the university;

• Management of e-IPTS Administrator Affairs;

• Coordination and Secretariat of meetings with MAIS, subsidiaries, and other stakeholders.
