• Managing publications, conferences, and dialogue activities related to Orang Asli affairs.

• Serving as a centre of intellectual reference on Orang Asli matters, with a particular focus on the Senoi, the largest Orang Asli subgroup in Malaysia.

• Serving as a hub for consolidating expert resources and university expertise in the development and research of the Indigenous Peoples of the Nusantara.

• Functioning as a centre for optimising the potential of university expertise in fields related to the Indigenous Peoples of the Nusantara.

• Acting as a centre for enhancing expertise through focused, multidisciplinary research initiatives.

• Providing systematic, professional consultancy and expert services on Indigenous community matters at both national and international levels.

• Implement activities within identified human capital development niches for Indigenous communities.

• Establishing strategic networks to achieve excellence in Indigenous community development through collaboration with relevant agencies and stakeholders.

• Serving as a reference centre for matters concerning Indigenous communities.
