Division Objectives
Plan, draft, implement and regulate matters related to residential management, including administration, damage complaints, fellows, JAKSA and disciplinary enforcement, as well as enhancing services to ensure that infrastructure is adequate and well maintained to bring about a conducive and safe residential college environment.
Division Functions

Manage, organise and implement student check-in and check-out processes at College Residences.

Plan and implement programmes that promote student character through efficient and harmonious governance in collaboration with the College Residence Fellows and the JAKSA.

Supervise matters related to development needs, external services & rentals; monitor cleaning vendors and security controls; and ensure that infrastructure at the College Residences is adequate and well-maintained by complying with OSHA SOPs, MS ISO 9001:2015 and related standards.

Monitor matters related to the management of UIS student discipline and ensure that implementation of relevant laws is enforced in accordance with regulations.
