The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Internationalisation) supports the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International) in executing university governance, particularly in areas concerning academic affairs and internationalisation. These responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all academic planning is well-organised and systematically managed to meet the evolving needs of the institution.

  • Overseeing the planning and development of academic programmes to ensure compliance with established standards and the cultivation of dynamic, holistic graduates.

  • Implementing and coordinating academic and internationalisation initiatives in a structured and efficient manner.

  • Ensuring the implementation and quality assurance of academic delivery, infrastructure, and teaching and learning facilities are governed and monitored with transparency and integrity.

  • Monitoring the ongoing enhancement of academic programmes, the recognition of qualifications, and the overall quality of education.

  • Serving clients and stakeholders who interact with the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Internationalisation) with warmth, transparency, sincerity, and a high standard of professionalism.
