Ensure that all matters related to local and international marketing such as advertising materials, marketing activities/programmes, promotional kits, divisional filing systems and divisional budgets are coordinated and managed according to the established plan.

Process applications, offers and registrations of new students. 
Division Functions

- 
Plan, organise, implement, control, and coordinate marketing activities for all UIS academic programmes at Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor, Master and Doctorate (PhD) levels to prospective local and international students through various appropriate channels or media. 
- 
Supervise online applications, review admission requirements, issue offer letters, manage the student registration process, and prepare application reports and offers for prospective local and international students. 
- 
Plan, coordinate, implement, evaluate and regulate all activities related to international marketing in order to attract prospective students and manage all documentation until they register at UIS. 
- 
Responsible for all printed materials such as banners, bunting, advertisements and posters, as well as print and mass media publications and advertorial publications.
